M.J. Electric, LLC is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and project management functions for a new fabrication facility in Peshtigo, WI.

You will oversee project delivery, design quality, and financial performance from PO through production release, acting as the liaison between engineering, operations, and customers. The role emphasizes strategic direction, mentorship, and ensuring deliverables are constructible and on schedule, with focus on manufacturing critical

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering management experience in prefab/modular/building products
• Strong project management and cross-team coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee Engineering Project Management and Sales/Estimating functions
• Oversee Sales and Estimating team for strategic alignment
• Maintain communication with customers through PO to delivery
• Provide oversight of production support and feedback to operations
• Set priorities across active engineering projects
• Review and approve design deliverables prior to production release
• Coordinate with Operations on constructability and delivery timing
• Mentor and develop engineering staff
