Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on project management in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or engineered equipment environments.
• Experience with full lifecycle engineering from Pre‑FEED to fabrication.
• Technical background in cryogenic systems, rotating equipment, heat transfer, or gas processing.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution across engineering, design, procurement, fabrication, and closeout.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to meet specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Oversee procurement activities, vendor selection, and fabrication schedules.
• Serve as primary customer contact for contractual requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering, project controls, and quality teams to resolve challenges.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and customer specs.
• Support proposal development and contract reviews.
