Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical field preferred.
• Ten or more years of experience in equipment manufacturing or fabrication.
• Strong leadership and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day fabrication operations to meet plans and standards.
• Plan and prioritize work to optimize labor, equipment utilization, workflow, and throughput.
• Lead daily execution, analyze capacity, and implement recovery plans upon delay.
• Coach and develop direct reports to operate, set up, and troubleshoot laser-cutting/CNC equipment, and interpret drawings.
• Develop fabrication and maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external contractors and vendors to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency across operations.
