Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Project Development Manager in Hartford, WI to support Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer Project Teams. The role focuses on coordinating multi-disciplinary efforts, developing technical proposals, and driving projects from concept to shipment.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in fabrication or industrial equipment.

Qualifications

Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience with fabrication, industrial equipment, heavy manufacturing, process equipment, HVAC systems, or related industries preferred.
Experience with estimating, applications engineering, technical sales, project management, CAD software preferred.

Responsibilities

Review customer specifications, drawings, and RFQs to develop technical proposals and quotations.
Manage projects from order receipt through final shipment, including schedule development and milestone tracking.
Coordinate communication between customers, engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams.
Source materials and services, obtain supplier quotations, and support procurement activities.
Provide technical support for manufacturing, quality inspections, documentation, and production planning.
