Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for Identity & Access Management. You will lead the IAM Platform team, own delivery of enterprise-grade access controls (OAuth/OIDC/SAML, MFA, SCIM, RBAC), and partner with product, security, and engineering to raise the bar on security and scalability.

You will structure work for AI-driven workflows, minimize busywork, and ensure reliable, auditable access across the product. This is a remote role for the USA with a focus on enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in SaaS.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Hands-on IAM with OAuth/OIDC/SAML/JWTs and RBAC.
• Experience with multi-tenant architectures and enterprise security.
