Job summary

Mercury is building a new GTM Engineering function and seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to shape its technical direction and turn an early GTM engine into production systems. The role starts with a 2–3 person team and collaborates closely with Product, Data, Marketing, and Revenue to connect product launches with marketing outcomes.

This hands‑on leadership position spans TypeScript and Node.js services, Customer.io, Salesforce, and Snowflake, with integration into Mercury’s core application

Qualifications

• Strong experience in GTM engineering or growth engineering.
• Professional engineering management experience with hands‑on work.
• Practical experience using AI to build software or improve workflows.
• Experience shipping AI-powered GTM workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical strategy for Mercury's GTM engine and decide which capabilities to build.
• Build orchestration that turns product launches and GTM strategies into coordinated workflows.
• Improve the technology behind inbound and outbound sales motions, including how prospects are identified and routed.
• Make it easier to understand and improve GTM results with dependable workflows and measurement.
• Use AI to improve GTM workflows and guide capabilities from prototype to dependable use.
