Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, IL is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Motor Grader engineering team. You will direct 15–20 direct reports, own the yearly budget, and guide NPI programs to meet cost, quality, and schedule goals with Lean development practices.

The role requires driving global collaboration, ensuring project execution, and delivering long-term strategic outcomes for the business. Onsite work five days a week in Peoria.

• Guide and lead Machine Integration and System teams to align with budget and schedule.
• Oversee E&E budget development and year-long management.
• Maintain global engineering footprint to meet 10-year product plan.
• Ensure on-time, within-cost, and quality-focused product development.
• Develop team capabilities and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional resources (Powertrain, Software, Validation).
• Champion Lean Development and continuous improvement across areas of responsibility.
