You will translate business plan objectives into executable strategies, manage through managers, drive Lean Daily Management, and partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering and HR

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across assigned areas and shifts.
• Own safety performance and reinforce zero-tolerance for unsafe behaviors.
• Ensure compliance with Caterpillar safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Lead Lean Daily Management and tiered accountability meetings.
• Drive Built-In-Quality governance with control plans and corrective actions.
• Deliver improvements in productivity, cost, quality, and delivery through standard work and problem solving.
• Develop and mentor Manager Production leaders and cross-functional teams.
