Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field required.
• 15+ years of software development experience with 5+ in leadership.
• Experience leading teams that build customer-facing, browser-based applications with modern JS frameworks.
• Strong cloud architecture and API design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering managers who support software teams delivering end-to-end products from conception to production.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects on time and within budget.
• Guide cross-functional teams (UI/UX, frontend, backend, API) to align on requirements and priorities.
• Provide performance feedback, coaching, and career development opportunities.
• Drive improvements to the engineering delivery pipeline, quality, and security.
