You will guide technical direction, ensure high-quality delivery, and foster a collaborative environment across frontend, backend, and API teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership role managing people and delivering software products.
• 5+ years leading teams building customer-facing, browser-based applications with UI/UX focus.
• 5+ years with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 3+ years leading API design and scale with service-oriented architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineering managers delivering end-to-end products.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery within time and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to define requirements.
• Drive improvements to engineering delivery, security, and quality.
• Recruit and evaluate team members; provide coaching and feedback.
