Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software development across multiple languages.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing people and delivering software products.
• 5+ years leading teams for customer-facing, browser-based apps with modern JS frameworks.
• 5+ years of cloud-based technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 3+ years leading teams designing, building, and scaling internal/external APIs with microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering managers and software teams from conception to production.
• Oversee delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Define project requirements and priorities with product, design, and engineering partners.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow engineers and managers.
• Improve the engineering delivery pipeline to reduce cycle time and increase quality and security.
