You will guide technical direction, ensure high-quality delivery, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering to advance Ford Pro's mission.

In this role you will mentor managers, drive architectural decisions, champion modern UI/UX and API strategies, and partner across Ford Pro to accelerate growth and impact for

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing people.
• 5+ years leading teams that build browser-based applications with modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 3+ years leading teams that design, build, and scale internal and external APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering managers who support software teams delivering end-to-end products.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to define requirements and priorities.
• Recruit and hire team members and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Improve delivery pipelines, reduce cycle time, and strengthen security posture.
• Drive architectural guidance and cross-team alignment on APIs and services.
