Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or similar.
• 8+ years of TIC or fire resistance and containment products industry experience.
• Strong leadership experience; ability to coach and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Develops, executes, and implements operational strategy for the region to drive.
• Manage P&L, budgets, reporting, and forecasting to meet financial targets.
• Drive revenue and capacity planning, balance demand and throughput.
• Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships with Sales/BD.
• Translate customer needs into operational plans with resources.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team; manage leaders and staff.
• Support change initiatives and cross-functional collaboration within UL.
