Qualifications

6–8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership roles.
Strong background in full-stack development, enterprise systems, and modern architecture.
Proven ability to deliver web and API applications.
Experience leading large-scale initiatives from concept to delivery.
Solid Agile experience and leading Agile teams.
Demonstrated ability to partner with product and business stakeholders.
Ability to balance speed, quality, and scalability in technical decisions.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern tooling.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills to influence teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop one or more engineering teams.
Partner with product, business, and technology leaders to define strategy, priorities, and roadmaps.
Drive design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performing applications across enterprise platforms.
Ensure engineering best practices, quality standards, and secure coding principles.
Oversee delivery execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and releases.
Collaborate with architecture teams to align solutions with enterprise standards and long-term technology strategy.
Drive improvements in system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across initiatives.
Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development to build a strong engineering organization.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence.
