Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience as a Director, Systems Analysis (or closely related occupation) performing systems analysis and design of defined contribution contract and order management systems.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience as a Director, Systems Analysis (or closely related occupation) performing systems analysis and design of defined contribution contract and order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis and design for complex systems across subsystems and organizations.
• Consults with business users to gather requirements and analyze technology needs.
• Establishes full project life cycle plans for systems analysis projects and defining scope.
• Leads analysts in documentation and monitoring quality of deliverables.
• Defines test strategies and coordinating user acceptance testing efforts.
• Oversees software quality assurance and debugging activities.
• Communicates progress of multiple projects to management and stakeholders.
• Advises senior management on technical strategy and emerging technologies to improve system performance, security, and scalability.
