Fidelity is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join Fidelity Institutional Technology, supporting FundsNetwork. You will lead and develop one or more engineering teams, partnering with product, business, and architecture leaders to align technology strategy with business objectives and deliver high-performing enterprise platforms.

You will drive delivery across web and API applications, champion Agile, DevOps, and secure coding practices, and oversee sprint planning, releases, and risk

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of software engineering experience.

In this role, you will lead the engineering organization responsible for building and enhancing capabilities across modern enterprise platforms and full-stack applications. You will play a critical role in evolving the model and delivering high-quality client experiences. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, product leaders, and architecture teams to align technology strategy with business objectives.
