Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead two delivery teams (6–8 members each) within the FIT Intermediary Servicing group, delivering innovative investment capabilities and delightful user experiences.

You will blend technology and business insight, coach engineers, and drive governance, estimation, and secure software practices across the enterprise. Onsite preference applies as Fidelity transitions to full-time onsite roles.
