Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on distributed systems, backend infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling reliable production systems.
• Deep understanding of reliability engineering, performance optimization, and tooling for large teams.
• Ability to translate high-level moonshot ambiguity into concrete technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Technical Strategy aligned with product roadmaps and customer priorities.
• Architect at scale: design enterprise applications with focus on scale, availability, fault tolerance, and security.
• Lead cross-functional teams with product managers, UX, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship, deepening design and implementation.
• Build and develop high-performing teams, nurturing engineering culture and capabilities.
