Tapestry, Alphabet's team building the AI-powered electric grid, seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across Software Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams. You will align internal and external priorities, manage TPM processes, and guide the team through dynamic product development.

You will lead agile ceremonies, sprint planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to deliver foundational capabilities for the mission while maintaining velocity and balance

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• At least 5 years of project/program management or product development experience.
• Experience driving a program from prototype to enterprise-scale.
• Clear communication amid technical or strategic ambiguity.
• Track record implementing TPM processes in engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program leadership and strategic execution to meet product goals.
• Foster velocity through optimized sprints and strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Define goals, map workstreams, and track progress against a high-bar delivery plan.
• Own sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional alignment.
• Identify risks early and resolve ambiguity to keep the roadmap on track.
• Communicate with stakeholders about progress, changes, and trade-offs.
