• Ensure disciplined design controls, configuration management, and reliability practices.
• Build and coach a high-performing engineering team with technical excellence.
• Champion adoption of new technologies and scalable engineering processes.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams for robust solutions and long-term relationships.
• Balance hands-on engineering with effective team management and delivery.

Responsibilities
