You will lead architecture and delivery of data pipelines while applying your expertise in Databricks and AI-assisted engineering practices. A strong background in software/data engineering is required, including proficiency in Python and/or Java.

Qualifications

• 5+ years applied experience in software engineering.
• 10+ years of professional software/data engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
• Hands-on expertise in Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).
• Deep skills in Spark performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture of high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines.
• Drive team adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Implement CI/CD for data projects using Git-based workflows.
• Design secure data ingestion frameworks with Databricks services.
• Build reusable libraries in Python and/or Java.
