Job summary

TradeStation seeks a Senior Manager of Data Engineering to lead the Data Engineering team and manage our Databricks environment, designing robust data infrastructure with AI capabilities to support analytics and innovation.

You will partner with business and product management to define the data roadmap, oversee scalable data pipelines, and establish governance and security practices across the data platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technology industry experience.
• Experience leading a data engineering team and delivering data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers to deliver data pipelines on Databricks.
• Own the end-to-end Databricks environment, including governance and cost monitoring.
• Design data architecture for batch and real-time processing and AI/Gen AI Genie apps.
• Partner with business and product management to define the data roadmap and priorities.
