TradeStation is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Engineering to lead the Databricks-driven data platform, overseeing scalable pipelines, governance, and AI capabilities. You will guide a team of data engineers, collaborate with product teams, and align the data roadmap with business strategy.

The role emphasizes leadership, architecture, and responsible use of Databricks AI tools to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5+ years in technology, with leadership experience in data engineering.
Proven ability to manage a data platform roadmap with business alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a data engineering team to deliver scalable data pipelines on Databricks.
Design and maintain scalable data architectures for batch and real-time processing.
Build and operationalize Databricks AI capabilities and Genie apps for self-service analytics.
Partner with product management to define the data roadmap and drive outcomes.
