• Experience leading software or FPGA development in certification environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to a team on software development meeting civil certification requirements.
• Guide scope, schedule, and budget for engineering design activities.
• Ensure design and verification align with established processes.
• Lead bid and proposal activities.
• Hire, assess, and develop personnel to build a motivated team.
• Travel domestically and internationally (<10%).
