CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead the Inference Platform team, building and operating a Kubernetes-native inference service. You will guide senior and staff engineers, ensuring scalable, reliable production systems.

You will own availability, latency, capacity, and cost while shaping architecture, standards, and performance. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and a strong hiring/mentoring track record.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• 3+ years of engineering management including senior/staff engineers.
• Proven track record owning a production service end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes at production scale.
• Experience defining SLIs/SLOs and error budgets.
• Experience with multi-tenant platforms and fair sharing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience growing engineers to senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of senior and staff engineers for the Inference platform.
• Own availability, latency, capacity, and cost of the service.
• Architect and review design decisions, guiding execution.
