CoreWeave is the essential cloud for AI, enabling innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. This Senior Engineer I role focuses on designing and optimizing large-scale data systems and distributed services deployed on Kubernetes across major cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities and mentor junior engineers. The position offers full-time hours with 100% telecommuting within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 5+ years in related role.
• 5+ years with Go and Python in live systems.
• Experience with MySQL, Postgres, Kafka or Pub/Sub.
• Experience deploying on Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience building and deploying APIs (REST or gRPC).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data ingestion, storage, and querying systems.
• Architect and optimize distributed systems for performance and scalability.
• Implement and enhance customer-facing APIs (Go, Python, TypeScript).
• Build, deploy, and operate services on Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
