Job summary

You will partner with product and engineering leadership to shape strategy, drive process improvements, and ensure the platform can reliably process petabytes of data for customers.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Direct technical experience with enterprise web applications and high-performance data processing systems, with the ability to meaningfully support the team in a technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and develop a high-performing engineering team with clear goals.
• Drive delivery by tracking performance against requirements and removing roadblocks.
• Partner with product management to deliver high-quality customer results.
• Champion department-wide initiatives including process improvements and architecture reviews.
