Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience with at least 7+ years in product leadership roles
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI‑driven solutions
• Proven success driving business growth within Data Security, DLP, or DSPM products
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cross‑functional alignment
• Demonstrated track record of developing innovative product strategies and executing on ambitious business goals

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for Core Data Security products, driving innovation and growth to achieve $1 Billion in ARR
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to innovate and bring products to market successfully
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering growth and a culture of high-accountability innovation
• Incorporate customer feedback and market trends into product development to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Provide strategic guidance to maintain technical and market leadership in Data Security by navigating the synergies between AI and Data Security use cases, building a roadmap that enables customers to securely deploy AI without risking data loss or exposure.
