Job summary

Zscaler, a leader in cloud-based security, seeks a Senior Product Manager in San Jose, CA to drive the Data Security capabilities. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle for Data Security products, including Web DLP and Email DLP, and collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Marketing to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions in security.
• 3–5 years of product management experience delivering Cyber Security solutions.
• Proven experience with DLP and data classification products.
• Strong technical foundation in Data Security, Email, Proxy, CASB, DSPM.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Data Security products, including Web DLP and Email DLP.
• Define, document, and prioritize product requirements using market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Support, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to take ideas from concept to successful delivery.
• Support product deployment and sales enablement across beta and production environments in collaboration with Support, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Drive and execute go-to-market plans with Marketing and Sales to ensure adoption and measurable product success.
