Job summary

Zscaler seeks a Senior Director of Product Management for its Core Data Security team. Hybrid role based in San Jose, CA, reporting to the Head of Data Security. Lead a growing portfolio of threat prevention and data protection features built on a scalable cloud architecture.

You will guide product strategy, align with customers, and drive AI-enabled security capabilities while partnering with engineering, sales, and marketing to scale ARR and market leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience with at least 7+ years in product leadership roles
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions
• Proven success driving business growth within Data Security, DLP, or DSPM products
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, sales, and marketing teams
• Demonstrated track record of developing innovative product strategies and executing on ambitious goals

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for Core Data Security products, driving innovation and growth to achieve ARR goals
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to bring products to market
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering growth and accountability
• Incorporate customer feedback and market trends into product development to align with objectives
• Provide strategic guidance to maintain leadership in Data Security by leveraging AI use cases
