You will collaborate with Product Management, influence architectural decisions, and champion scalable, reliable software. The role requires strong leadership, deep engineering experience, and the ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership.
• Proficiency in building distributed applications using C++, Java, Rust, or Go.
• Experience deploying and operating applications in a public cloud provider.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software engineers, providing direction, guidance, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the BuyerCloud Product Management team to deliver new features to Buyercloud customers.
• Provide guidance on technical architecture, design philosophies, and engineering practices for your team.
• Drive improvements to Ad Serving software infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, specifications, and budgets.
• Review team members’ work to ensure quality to team standards.
• Provide technical support and training in Ad Serving capabilities.
• Implement and review employee performance metrics.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies.
