This role leads project feasibility, engineering studies, technical evaluations, investment documentation, risk reviews, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring projects meet operational, financial, safety, and sustainability objectives.
The position serves as the technical leader during project development phases and partners closely with operations, procurement, strategy, engineering consultants, suppliers, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Project Development
Project Strategy & Feasibility
- Lead feasibility studies and front-end engineering design activities for major industrial projects.
- Develop projects involving:

- Evaluate technical and economic viability of projects.
- Advance projects through investment approval stages and gate reviews.
CAPEX Governance
- Ensure compliance with company CAPEX procedures and investment frameworks.
- Prepare documentation required for:
- Phase Gate Reviews

- Project Approval Requests
- Deliver high-quality technical and financial inputs for decision-making.
Engineering Leadership
Multidisciplinary Engineering Management
- Lead the technical development of projects across multiple engineering disciplines, including:
