Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, systems or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong experience in NPD, verification, validation, and test engineering.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor verification and validation engineers across programs.
• Develop and refine V&V strategies and test plans for new products.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in electromechanical systems.
