Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a senior R&D Product Lead for Questa Verification IQ (QVIQ) in Austin, TX. This leadership role focuses on defining product direction, engaging with customers, and steering integration with Siemens EDA’s verification portfolio.

You will partner with PM, PE, and architects to shape priorities, manage roadmap, and ensure customer value through enterprise-grade software strategies and cloud-native approaches.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise software development or product leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading complex software products and driving customer outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, web apps, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with integrations, platform ecosystems, and data-intensive applications.
• Ability to engage with architects and engineering on trade-offs, deployment, and scalability.
• Experience collaborating with PM, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive QVIQ product strategy and roadmap in partnership with PM and PE.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and strategic accounts to understand needs.
• Define and drive QVIQ integration strategy across Siemens EDA products and ecosystems.
• Translate customer/business requirements into clear product priorities and investments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with R&D, UX, and customer-facing teams.
• Champion customer success by ensuring capabilities deliver measurable value.
• Provide tech leadership for modern enterprise technologies and cloud-native platforms.
• Support customer engagements, executive reviews, and strategic evaluations.
• Align product vision with release planning and engineering execution.
