We are seeking a highly technical and people-focused Senior Manager for R&D Engineering team. You will lead a new product development engineering team with initial focus on test engineering. This leader will build and develop a high-performing team, establish effective verification and validation strategies, and ensure products meet technical, performance, quality, and customer requirements. Although verification and validation will be the team’s initial responsibility, the role is not limited to V&V. The Senior Manager and the team will also support product development activities, including requirements development, prototyping, design reviews, technical risk reduction, root-cause analysis, and early-stage testing. The ideal candidate has significant experience managing engineering teams and strong technical knowledge of electronics and electrical systems. The candidate should also understand software concepts, mechanical mechanisms, and the interaction of these disciplines within complex electromechanical products. This individual must demonstrate strong critical thinking, sound technical judgment, effective talent development, and a commitment to maintaining a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture.
