Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to provide technical leadership in design, development, optimization, and operation of assigned assets. You will ensure safety and reliability, lead RCA efforts, and drive continuous improvement across line segments and digital tool integrations such as Power BI, MES, and data platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with asset teams, cross-functional partners, and a focus on achieving plant performance, safety standards, and cost savings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of industrial experience in high-speed consumer product manufacturing or related environment.
• Experience using manufacturing analysis tools (SPC, DOE, process capability, Six Sigma, lean).
• Ability to work independently or in a team to complete projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, optimization, and operation of assigned assets.
• Ensure safety and operational performance standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement and asset reliability programs.
• Lead root cause analysis for breakdowns with asset teams.
• Develop and maintain processes and standards meeting safety requirements.
