Job summary

Keller Executive Search seeks an experienced Director of Engineering for a senior leadership role in a technically complex manufacturing environment. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for developing and delivering new products, product enhancements and technical initiatives across the full development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Strong technical foundation and leadership in a complex environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams from concept through production.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of design for manufacturing and cost-quality trade-offs.
• Ability to balance technical priorities with schedules and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering team for product development and technical initiatives.
• Set priorities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Oversee programs from concept through validation, production readiness, and launch.
• Develop and strengthen engineering capabilities, resources, and talent.
• Recruit, develop, and retain engineering professionals and foster accountability.
• Improve engineering processes, standards, and development practices.
