• Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in hardware and/or software product development.
• 4+ years leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and principal engineers.
• Strong people management, coaching, hiring and team development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Engineering Leads and Principal Engineers.
• Drive delivery across complex hardware and software development programs.
• Manage engineering resources, hiring plans, and team growth.
• Oversee schedules, milestones, and cross-functional execution.
