You will manage external vendors and drive collaboration across hardware engineering disciplines, while enabling a flexible model to meet evolving business priorities and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 2+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering hardware products from concept to production.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of hardware development projects from concept through production release with predictable cost, schedule, quality and performance.
• Manage third-party engineering contractors and development partners; ensure IP protection and compliance with standards.
• Provide cross-functional engineering leadership across hardware disciplines and align priorities with product roadmaps.
• Develop flexible delivery models using internal talent and strategic partners to meet changing priorities and budgets.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance engineering culture and guide career development.
