Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer engineering, or related field.
• Experience delivering hardware products from concept through production.
• 2+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams with strong PM and communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hardware development projects from concept to production release with predictable cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
• Provide engineering leadership across concurrent projects using standardized processes and governance.
• Develop a flexible delivery model aligning internal talent and partners to changing priorities and roadmaps.
• Manage third‑party engineering relationships ensuring high‑quality deliverables and IP protection.
• Maximize value by evaluating capacity, resources, and project priorities.
• Select, onboard, and manage third‑party contractors and partners, monitoring performance.
• Support cross‑functional collaboration, removing barriers and empowering engineers to execute.
