Qualifications

• At least 3 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Mentor engineers, review code, and participate in architectural discussions as needed.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions for millions of users.
• Lead multiple Agile teams, drive roadmaps, and align with enterprise goals.
