Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Manager, Full-stack Engineer to lead a portfolio of cloud-native, full-stack initiatives in the GWS Automation group. You will mentor engineers, drive architectural choices across teams, and align delivery with strategic roadmaps.

You will work with Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, TypeScript, and leverage Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing to deliver high-availability systems for customers and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC and automated testing.
