The role emphasizes delivering high‑quality components while ensuring end‑to‑end process excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment with future tech capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizations of 20+ in a global setting.
• Experience with electronic component products and quality management.
• Experience with automotive/construction/mining component development.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering managers, integration partners, and stakeholders in development and lifecycle management of electronic components.
• Drive end-to-end product quality and lifecycle roadmaps.
• Develop operating budgets and staffing plans to meet objectives.
• Establish and track key performance metrics across the organization.
• Drive design for excellence, defect prevention, V&V, and CPI best practices.
• Develop partnerships with suppliers to meet current and future needs.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental, and cybersecurity compliance throughout lifecycle.
• Champion emerging technologies and data-driven development to improve velocity and quality.
