Job summary

Citi is seeking an Engineering Lead Analyst for Test Automation Platform Engineering in a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL. You will drive architecture, implementation, and operations of enterprise test automation platforms and integrate automated gates into CI/CD pipelines.

Operational support for enterprise apps with incident management, RCA, and DR/BCP readiness.
Strong governance, risk, and controls mindset with ability to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and implementation of enterprise test management and automation platforms.
Architect and implement end-to-end integration workflows and CI/CD partnerships.
Embed automated quality gates into DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, Tekton, Harness).
Provide platform governance, risk, and controls, including disaster recovery and security hardening.
Mentor engineers and collaborate across global teams.
