Job summary

Citi is seeking a Test Engineering Lead (Director, C15) to own the quality engineering strategy for the Helios platform, Citi's credit risk ecosystem. This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing a global testing organization and driving AI‑augmented, automated regression testing to accelerate speed‑to‑production.

The role partners with Development, SRE, Product, and Business Analysis leads across Helios, with a strong emphasis on automation coverage (90%+), data management, and governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 12+ years leading global, multi-regional testing/QE teams.
• 10+ years driving large‑scale test automation transformations.
• Hands‑on experience with modern test automation frameworks (BDD, UI/API).
• Experience in financial services, capital markets, or credit risk tech is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global cross‑regional team of testers and automation engineers.
• Own end‑to‑end test automation roadmap across API, UI, and integration tests.
• Drive GenAI adoption and governance in testing, including AI‑assisted test generation.
• Own quality KPIs and reporting cadence linking test coverage to production outcomes.
• Partner with Development, SRE, Product, and Business Analysis across Helios.
