You will mentor a team of software engineers, partner with product and business stakeholders, and ensure production-grade quality, observability, and scalable architecture across React/Python/Snowflake stack. This role accelerates data modernization for analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience leading full-stack teams (React/Python).
• Strong communication for stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience overseeing production-grade full-stack apps and gRPC/REST APIs.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub).
• Knowledge of Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms and Snowflake.
