Job summary

Target is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Manager in Georgia to lead the planning, operation, and upkeep of building systems and infrastructure for a safe, reliable, and high‑performing supply chain. You will own facility health and performance, drive uptime, and champion a reliability-centered maintenance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading high-performing teams across designated shifts, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with a safety-first mindset.
• Experience in contractor/vendor management, capital project oversight, and ensuring quality, cost, and performance outcomes.
• Proficiency in CMMS/EAM systems and leveraging data to improve reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical assets.
• Manage Maintenance Technicians, Facility Attendants, and CMMS Technicians with coaching and training.
• Oversee budget performance for OpEx and CapEx across site facilities.
• Drive uptime, reliability, and safety in a 24/7 distribution center.
