HEI Hotels & Resorts' San Ramon Marriott is seeking an Engineering Chief to supervise the implementation of all preventive maintenance and repairs, monitor life safety systems and utilities, and manage capital projects in compliance with brand standards.

You will lead engineering staff, maintain the physical plant and FF&E, and ensure safe, energy-efficient operations across the hotel. Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and safety procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree or courses in engineering may be helpful.
• Certification or training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry required/preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience at a comparable location; hotel experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of property equipment.
• Monitor life safety systems and utilities; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage engineering-related capital projects and budgets.
• Lead, train and supervise engineering staff; assign tasks and follow up.
• Maintain safe, clean Engineering Spaces and accurate records.
