Job summary

The role requires coordinating design standards, regulatory requirements, and project verification activities, guiding teams through design reviews and ensuring alignment with project goals. Travel ~20% to sites and relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) with 15+ years in pharma manufacturing or API networks.
• Experience leading design delivery for capital projects and working with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own overall design delivery for complex capital projects and act as SME in node platform technology.
• Lead the identification and application of design standards, regulatory requirements, and specifications.
• Coordinate with A/E firms to develop earned value progress systems and measure discipline progress.
• Direct development of design requirements and manage the design schedule to meet project needs.
• Support value engineering to maximize project opportunities and reduce costs through design.
