Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division in El Paso, Texas seeks a Supply Chain Systems Analyst (ERP) to serve as ERP subject matter expert across planning, procurement, inventory, production, logistics and customer fulfillment.

You will drive ERP improvements, coordinate UAT, train users, ensure data accuracy, and support Lean-driven process standardization, with collaboration across Operations, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain systems, ERP data management or supply chain support required.
• Sponsorship not offered; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or related visa support.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of El Paso, TX considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional expert for ERP-related processes within Supply Chain and Operations.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate resolutions with IT/external support.
• Ensure ERP master data accuracy across items, BOMs, routings, and suppliers.
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment of ERP enhancements, upgrades, and new functionalities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for ERP transactions and processes.
• Train ERP users and provide ongoing coaching for system utilization.
• Identify process improvements and ERP-based solutions to boost productivity and standards.
• Support cross-functional projects including Operations, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and IT.
• Promote Lean principles and standardization in ERP processes.
• Support KPI reporting related to ERP adoption and operational efficiency.
